Mr. Stewart,-To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, whether His Majesty's Government have received from their Minister in Peking a copy of, or details regarding the nature of, the agreement between Messrs. Pauling and Company and the Chinese Government, providing for the construction of the Chinchow-Aigun Railway by Messrs. Pauling and Company.
